We build a small number of homes each year. That pace is deliberate — it's what allows us to stay close to the decisions that shape a house long after it's finished: how a site is read, how light moves through a plan, how materials hold up over decades. Each project gets the attention it deserves because we don't take on more than we can build well.
The planning window is long. Site selection, design development, permitting, and the long-lead specifications that define a home typically take twelve to eighteen months before ground is broken. Beginning now means beginning on time.
